Responsibilities
The short-form video industry has been in tremendous growth and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a better content experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented interns to join our team, together we can build a content ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

TikTok's Creator operation team's objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scaleable way to create trending content in TikTok. This role will require daily interaction with local creators.

1. Assist with sourcing and acquiring creators to support trending content
2. Provide ongoing 1V1/group support and training to creators to improve performance, and study key attributes of successful cases
3. Conduct data analysis to have a holistic view of the content ecosystem

Qualifications
1. College graduates, strong communication skills in Korean, fluent in English.
2. Have deep understanding in creator communities such as Youtube, AfreecaTV, Twitch.
3. Have a passion for short-form video trends; video creation experiences will be preferred
4. Data-driven, strong execution, collaborative, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
5. Work minimum of 6 months, 5 days a week.
